Operational experience where clarity, coordination and control are non-negotiable.
Santiago Torres is an airline captain, operations leader and former Argentine Air Force officer with more than two decades of experience in complex, time-sensitive operating environments.
His background includes flight operations, operational planning, team leadership, training and standardization, Antarctic operations, presidential aviation and the coordination of air logistics during the COVID-19 response.
Across these roles, the recurring challenge has remained the same: leaders must transform fragmented information into timely decisions, coordinated action and reliable execution.
Santiago founded Precision Ops to bring that operational discipline to transportation and logistics organizations—combining practical field experience with process improvement, decision-support systems and KPI dashboards.
